Mr. Abhay Wani (Director)
Is a seasoned leader with over 27 years of experience in overall Business Management, Operations and Strategic Planning. Through out of his career, Abhay has been instrumental in driving Operational Excellence, customer delight and employee wellbeing. Before setting up Datavestix, Abhay has been the pioneer in building up the Global Capability Centre in a French MNC right from scratch. Abhay holds a Bachelor Of Engineering in Production. He comes with a wide range of experience in Export / Import and Business Process Outsourcing domains.
Abhay is responsible for overall business growth and Operational Excellence.
Mr. Ramakant Kulkarni (Director)
Co-founder of Datavestix Pvt. Ltd., Mr. Ramakant Kulkarni, brings over 30 years of rich experience at the senior management level, demonstrating dynamic leadership in driving business growth for large multinational corporations across international markets.
He has held key leadership roles with Swiss and French MNCs, where he led operations across South and Southeast Asia, while also providing strategic support to offices in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Mr. Kulkarni possesses specialized expertise in international trade facilitation programs, with a strong focus on customs contracts and product conformity assessment.
His extensive corporate experience ensures the highest standards of professionalism and corporate ethics at Datavestix Pvt. Ltd.
Mr. Vikas Jadhav (Director)
Brings over 18 years of expertise in HR Operations and Payroll Management. He has successfully led payroll for Indian, European, Middle East and African MNCs across multiple countries, managing large employee bases of 5,000 to 23,000. With strong knowledge of labour law compliance and payroll accounting, he ensures accuracy and efficiency for clients. His proficiency in HRIS platforms like SAP SuccessFactors and Oracle PeopleSoft has driven successful HRMS and payroll implementations, enabling seamless digital HR transformation.
